This lovely building, built in 1870 as the Blue Hill Bank, has been home to my photography business for over 11 years. These days it’s more space than I really need, and it would be great to have another creative business in here to share part of the space. So with that, I’m looking for a small design or architectural firm that might like to share some space. There are two rooms, one of which is currently an office, and the other a conference room.
Office Conference Room
The configuration is flexible and you could have one, the other, or both rooms. The office measures 25′ x 10′, featuring 13-foot ceilings and 3 massive floor-to-ceiling windows. Adjacent is a storage room 8′ x 10′ with metro shelving on all walls up to the ceiling. The connecting conference room is 18′ x 24′ and has a wall of closeted storage. Our compatibility is important, and your clientele should be fairly low-traffic.
Location is Dorchester Lower Mills. We’re on the ground floor, with tons of private off-street parking. Heat, AC, alarm, snow plowing and all utilities would be included as there is no way to isolate individual usage. Cost of your share is negotiable and depends on your needs.
